Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cadence mobile application, cadencefantasy.com and related services (together, the “Service”). Cadence is operated by JK19 Labs, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (“Cadence”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Cadence does

Cadence is a fantasy football assistant offering features such as roster-aware chat, draft strategy, Live Draft guidance, trade analysis, player information, Power Rankings, a Decision Inbox and selected notifications.

Cadence currently connects only to Sleeper. Support for other platforms may be introduced later, but no future integration or release date is guaranteed. Features can differ by league format, platform, device, beta group or plan.

Recommendations and your control

Recommendations are generated from available league settings, rosters, market data, third-party feeds and AI systems. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial, gambling, legal or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for your fantasy decisions, platform activity and compliance with league rules.

AI, freshness and data limitations

AI output can be incomplete, inconsistent or wrong. League, roster, draft, transaction, player-news and availability data can also be delayed, unavailable or conflict with what you see in the connected platform. A freshness marker is not a guarantee that every underlying source is complete.

Sleeper injury information and other availability indicators are advisory only. Before acting, verify current picks, player eligibility, injuries, suspensions, depth charts, deadlines and league settings in the authoritative platform or source.

If Cadence and the live platform disagree, treat the live platform as authoritative.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Cadence. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify us promptly at support@cadencefantasy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share access credentials, impersonate another person or connect a fantasy account you are not permitted to use.

Beta access and proposed pricing

Cadence is currently in beta. TestFlight and APK testers receive beta access without charge through server-side beta entitlement. Beta features may be incomplete, change materially or be removed.

Prices shown on the website are proposed launch prices and are not active subscriptions or a binding offer. No payment will be taken merely because you join the beta or waitlist.

• Monthly plans are intended to renew monthly until cancelled.
• Annual plans are intended to be billed in full annually. Any monthly figure shown is an equivalent for comparison, not monthly billing.
• Season Pass is intended as a one-off purchase for the stated season, not a recurring monthly subscription.

Before paid access begins, the checkout screen will show the current price, billing period, included access, renewal terms and cancellation information. App-store purchases will also be subject to the relevant store’s billing and refund rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or to harm, threaten or harass others;
• attempt to access another user’s account, data or restricted systems;
• scrape, probe, overload or disrupt the Service or bypass rate limits;
• reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• upload malware or content that infringes another person’s rights;
• misrepresent generated output as guaranteed, official or produced by a connected platform.

We may apply reasonable limits to protect Cadence, our providers and other users.

Your content and our licence

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal and security retention.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit content, including screenshots. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Cadence intellectual property

The Cadence brand, interface, original software, copy and other materials we create are owned by JK19 Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, player data, imagery, software and services remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Cadence to you.

Third-party services

Cadence depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Sleeper, Supabase, AI providers, search providers, analytics services, Expo, Apple and Google. Their availability, data and rules are outside our control and may change without notice.

Cadence is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to Sleeper, the National Football League, its clubs or any other fantasy platform unless expressly stated. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that service’s terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Cadence available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, limit, suspend or discontinue any feature where reasonably necessary. We will try to communicate material changes when practical.

Cadence Routine and any other feature described as planned, optional, experimental or coming soon are not guaranteed to launch or remain available.

Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using Cadence at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, misuse the Service or where we discontinue the Service.

Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limits—will continue to apply.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that Cadence will always be available, secure, accurate, complete or suitable for a particular fantasy strategy or outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Subject to that sentence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, JK19 Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of profit, or fantasy-football results arising from use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Cadence in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or £50.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer, mandatory law and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country remain unaffected.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Cadence, its commercial model or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice for material changes. If you continue using Cadence after revised Terms take effect, the revised Terms apply from that point.
